It took at least 30 minutes to get the truck. They were having trouble printing the contract. I never signed anything while there. They just sent us on our way. They didn't come out and inspect the truck w/us at all. My husband drove so I told him to take a look around the truck and take pics of anything odd to cover us. I was never told to check my email and that there was a list to go over on there. I just discovered that this morning. It was pretty unorganized and I had people meeting me at a certain time to help. I was offered $28 off to drop-off in Roy when someone called the day before. I agreed to pick up at this location (Destination Rentals was original location) but I declined drop-off in Roy. When I got to McLendon's we changed our minds and agreed to drop off in Roy for the $28 off. Well, the paperwork that finally printed out said drop off in Yelm on Bald Hills still so rather than mess w/that further, we just said we will go to Yelm as planned. I still got $28 off on my bill it seems. They were very nice though. McLendon's was just having printer issues and not very informative before we took off w/the truck. Normally, they would come inspect the vehicle w/us prior to anything.
