No return inspection with customer so customer doesn't know if return condition was satisfactory until receipt is received via email. Seems odd with all the pictures and inspection customer is required to do prior to leaving with the truck.

Kelly CI reserved a truck with a ramp, the one I got didn't have one.
David vI was sent to several locations on on a 2-hour long wild goose chase because the U-Haul website and customer service agents don’t know how to verify whether or not their locations actually have the equipment they let in people reserve. You made me waste over $100 and then didn’t return it to me. Fuck U-Haul. Never again!
BRET A1) Pick up delayed due to truck/license plate mis-match 2) Charged for Dave Mive insurance even though I declined it 3) I was told to leave the 2 dozen rented moving blankets in the back and then was charged $25 because they weren’t folded. Had I been advised to leave them folded in the back I would have. 4) These issues are a pattern at this U-Haul location.
