I was sent to several locations on on a 2-hour long wild goose chase because the U-Haul website and customer service agents don’t know how to verify whether or not their locations actually have the equipment they let in people reserve. You made me waste over $100 and then didn’t return it to me. Fuck U-Haul. Never again!

1) Pick up delayed due to truck/license plate mis-match 2) Charged for Dave Mive insurance even though I declined it 3) I was told to leave the 2 dozen rented moving blankets in the back and then was charged $25 because they weren’t folded. Had I been advised to leave them folded in the back I would have. 4) These issues are a pattern at this U-Haul location.
Keyna GThe battery died on us on a 20 mile round trip.
Summer SIt would be fabulous if there were 4 or 6 hour blocks of time to rent after the 24 hr rental. Didn’t 2 full days but no other option when you only need a rental for 30 hrs. Still a great option for an in town rental.
Lisa CYou first statement in this survey was that you like to give credit where credit is due yet this company would not give me credit for over filling the truck. I had the receipt plus the pictures to prove the level of gas before pickup and at the time of drop off. What you could do better is to put the different in pay back on my card. Disappointed in that clause! Ms
