I had a truck reserved at the original location (6th Ave Tacoma) and they couldn't fulfill my res. She sent me to a second location (Pearl St McLendon's Tacoma) saying that they had a truck reserved and were expecting me. I went to the second location and the truck was given away. They had to call a third location (4th St Olympia) and reserve another truck which I did finally pick up. I returned the truck to the second location that same day but they called me the following day saying that I was 2 hours late for my return. I called and told them I had returned it the previous day. The person at the second location tried to remedy the situation and the person at the third location was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the whole process was frustrating and time consuming.
