I despise that phone pick up n return. I like seeing someone face to face. I guess I've gotta get tech savy. We arrived on time but I think I woke up the lady on answering service, etc. Lol

it was not open no one around
marshall hTotal disaster getting and returning truck. Location on vacation when went to pick up. Took one hour to get key box open. When retuned spent over hour with customer service trying to get return completed. Finally your customer service rep said just leave key and see what happens. Finally charge came thru several days later.
