The inside of the cab had dirt all over the floor, seat, dash and cup holder area. Inside the back of the truck was covered with debris from a previous rental. I was having an issue with uploading pictures upon pickup. I asked the gentleman for help and he told me just don’t worry about it. I needed to upload at least one picture to complete my pickup and he had no interest in helping me. Plus I did not want to be reliable for previous scratch and dents. I had to call 1800GoUHaul to help.

Got charged double than what I thought for only about 12 miles of usage. Otherwise it was a good experience.
Hajnalka STruck broke down. Took days to repair(due to holiday), got charged extra money, had a gentleman hang up the phone on me when I needed assistance with the broken down truck, 1-800- go U-Haul I contacted for the repairs as well as a billing matter a woman hung up on me as well- The owner resolved the truck issue. He was polite. & 1-800 go U-Haul rep AMBER was understanding and great.
Marissa SIf you return truck early and dont use it for the 4 days, reimburse some money to customers, that may drive up customer experience and making worth while for people to rent trucks from Uhaul.
Dorette SBased on their hours I chose counter pickup. It said they were open on Sundays from 10:00 a.m. till 1:00 p.m. we had snow the night before so I informed them on voicemail that I would be an hour late picking up the vehicle which they never responded. When I arrived there were 6 to 10 in of snow in the parking lot and covering the truck, nobody was there and their lot and driveway was not plowed which meant we had to park on a side road and walk in the snow. Once I was there standing in 6 to 10 inches of snow in 15° weather I called you all and explained that they did not return my voicemails and they are not open even though their hours say they are and then I scheduled counter in person pick up. After 10 to 15 minutes on the phone and 15° weather standing at 6 to 10 inches of snow your U-Haul rep changed it to mobile pickup and I was able to obtain a key. When I returned the truck 24 hours later on Monday the day they were open the parking lot was still not plowed once again I had to walk through 6 to 10 inches of snow to go into the building. I would never recommend this you all location to anybody, secondly when you call and leave a message you should get that message returned and they should never make conditions so bad that you have to Trek through 6 to 10 inches of snow stand outside in 15° weather for 15 minutes and nearly get stuck in the parking lot, half of my vehicle was stuck in their parking lot the other half was on the road because there was so much snow I couldn't move I was actually worried I was going to get hit by a car on the highway that is adjacent to the building the only reason I didn't is because my wife was on the road in our car making sure that no traffic came up and hit me. This is not a very reliable or good U-Haul facility I'm thankful that you gave me a $40 credit towards this but the reality is my whole you whole experience should have been free for that particular rental. I really hope to hear back from you based on all of this information
