There were bugs in the car. I got mauled by mosquitoes outside in the parking lot. The windows were not properly setup. The engine light came on.

Effortless rental!
STEPHEN WThe over all experience was ok easy pick up just the truck was dirty and definitely wasn't checked I had no gloves to remove somebody's old dirty shirt in the back and lighter on the floor in the front seat ect
Christopher CThe online return process was frustrating, had to take the pics 3x before the location step was finally able to be completed. It was 92 degrees and I was hot and tired from moving and the wonky process was the last thing I needed.
