HARUN GThe original location (a gas station dealer) I reserved a truck at didn't have one on the morning I arrived. The owner of the gas station behaved like I was an inconvenience to him when I brought up my reservation. Uhaul's support team found a truck at another gas station dealer. The truck was fine and all, but I got upcharged for not quite filling up the fuel tank enough after using it. The staff at this gas station weren't very friendly either. I want a discount on the price I paid. $170 down for being messed around REALLY doesn't sit well with me. Also, please get rid of your "neighbourhood dealers". They suck
Dan Sovercharged me on gas…brought it back with more than they gave and still charged me 7.20 fir gas
LOUIS VThey tried ti add a 4 gallon gas charge , again. The original fuel gage was off by 1/8. I took a picture and listed it correctly on sign out.my total mileage was 12 miles And i put 2 gallons in at the rental facility. They still snuck a 19.95 $, 4 gallon fuel charge on my bill. It is the second time at this rental site.
