When I booked the reservation, added it was a one way pick up and when returned it would be a different location. I was allowed to add a moving dolly onto my order but when I arrived was told they weren’t giving me the dolly they had because it was going back to a different location. I then had to rent a dolly from elsewhere to complete my move. If you cannot rent equipment when returning to a different location, the app should make you aware prior to booking. Additionally, when I picked up the truck, that was sticky and had things spilled all over the cup holder areas, the lady confirmed the address I reserved to drop off the truck, 1440 Missouri. She asked the address, I gave it to her and she showed me the correct address on her phone. I then left and received a text with a different drop off address, checked my app and in fact the address had been changed to elsewhere. So instead of dropping off the truck less than 5 minutes away, it was over 15.
