overcharged me on gas…brought it back with more than they gave and still charged me 7.20 fir gas

They tried ti add a 4 gallon gas charge , again. The original fuel gage was off by 1/8. I took a picture and listed it correctly on sign out.my total mileage was 12 miles And i put 2 gallons in at the rental facility. They still snuck a 19.95 $, 4 gallon fuel charge on my bill. It is the second time at this rental site.
Patrick HThe person who waited on us had no idea what she was doing. Then they couldn't find the key for the truck she set us up with and had to change the paperwork to another truck. I think they (several people tried to help) could use some training. The truck we ended up with was rather rickety, but got the job done.
DAVID DI ordered a dolly for the move and they said I would have one and when I got there to pick up the truck they said they didn’t have one. The truck was filthy and I had to clean it myself. They didn’t even check the truck for damages before we left. Definitely will not use U-Haul again.
