I’m getting charger for an appliance dolly I didn’t even get in the truck. And have called and told them many times I didn’t get one

How U-Haul Reviews WorkI have no idea , since I was not the person who dropped off the truck . There was no personnel in attendance , as the truck was dropped off at 8:00pm .
Donna L1. The person was not on site to facilitate the pick up. Communication was by phone text and emails. It took over an hour sitting in the parking lot with back and forth communication and confirmations to complete the pick up. Also we had to remove the reserved dolly from one truck to the rental because they were not together. Luckily I had a man with me to do this - as I would never have been able to lift and move it by myself as a 60 yr old 5’2” woman with recent shoulder surgery. 2. He didn’t have all the items I requested and offered a different pick site with the items I requested - saying the app would update - which the app did not update. After an hour I had to call back & accept the missing items which was the disaster I described above #1. 3. We drive from Port Hope to Toronto and back to Port Hope - was charged 93$ for extra mileage. 4. I was offered a deal on the price because of the missing items I paid for - which did not happen. I still believe U-Haul is a good company with great rates & flexibility. However it unfortunately is misrepresented with bad customer service by outlets that don’t give a f*** about who they work for & the customer who desperately needs the rentals. Please U-Haul reassess who represents you, these people are the face of the company and it felt like smug ‘you need my product but I couldn’t care less about your experience’.
Sue RI would not comment much on the return place as returned it late in the night and it was closed. However there were no marked U-Haul place where you could leave the vehicle. It should have clear marking “U-Haul parking spots”.
Virender LU-Haul is a rip off. They don’t check the truck before you get it. Don’t ask for proof of gas when you pick it up you put gas in it to how you picked it up and they charge you $70 additional for gas my $20,95 rental turned into $180
