To expensive I have half tank gas you guys charge me 30$ fee And full tank I never rent from you guys
DAVIDE RI originally reserved a truck at the Tappahannock location and was told that the 15’ truck wouldn’t be available so my information was transferred to the Warsaw location. I arrived went through the entire self pick up process only for the location to be closed, keys wasn’t in the available and no dolly. I sat for almost an hour which put me behind in the moving process and finally got someone in customer service to assist me. I was sent back to the location and went through the entire process over which was inconvenient and very frustrating. I was also told I’d only have to pay 0.88 a mile instead of the usual price out still was charged the regular price.
Stashonda HDealers need to quickly inspect and spray lube( PB blaster) on parts such as strap ratchets periodically. These get sticky and tough to operate. From the weather. Not a time consuming issue, just done when hooking or un hooking.
