How U-Haul Reviews Workthe customer service was adaptive to handling more than my request with a smooth completion of my truck application!
Yolanda WWe were told to pick up vehicle in White Stone Va, and changed to Heathsville VA. That was fine. They called U-Haul about 4 days prior and all was good. They said no need to call me a day before, because it was “confirmed”. Showed up in Heathsville and waited 40 min and business was still closed. Called U-Haul again! The woman insisted I was supposed to pick up in Saluda VA, even though I was told differently, and confirmed by the U-Haul app it was Heathsville. I asked for supervisor, that said I have to drive 45 minutes more to Tappahannock to pick it up. The guy in Tappahannock was great and efficient. I understand trucks cannot be guaranteed many times, but we really got a frustrating runaround. I was offered extra miles , but didn’t need, except to go further for vehicle. And they offered an extra day which was not needed. I returned it a day early. We got little satisfaction and no one really seemed to feel our pain from the runaround. I hope it’s not because it happens to this extent routinely. I wish I could have given more stars.
