We had so much trouble checking in and checking out,(on the website,: Phone) that I would rather go to a location that you can deal with a person, face to face.This location had hours that the times they were open were better than Bankers hours, for them.Chris W.

I totally disagree to being charged an additional $59 for a one day local rental. The truck did not need to be cleaned out, yet I was charged $25 for a cleaning fee. Ridiculous!! The additional charges are being disputed.Donna C.
After hours so I had no contact with rep at this site. Kind of a small lot but had 2 entrances so it was essentially similar to a pull through. My plans changed mid trip and U-Haul rep quoted me 'hundreds of dollars' to switch the drop off location about 60 miles. That's without even asking me where I wanted to switch to. So I had to drive an hour out and an hour back. The thing is it probably would have been to U-Haul's advantage to drop it off at my new location. They were just very inflexible.Hyrum L.
Inform customer of gas per gallon rate....I forgot to add gas charged me for 4 gallons at $3.50. At time gas currently was 2.09.... My mistake your gain. Other than that renting was a piece of cake.Audrey A.

The gentleman at Century was very kind friendly and professional however I had rented a 26' truck only to get a call late Friday telling me that he only had a 20' truck because the 26' didn't get brought back so this not only cost me Additional money but also time because what would have taken one trip now is going to take two.and to find this out the day of our planned move it made it a lot on everyone involved.Debbie F.

Did not have enough signal to go through phone steps. Took around 20 minutes to upload photos of license. Was told that we had the truck through Thursday but when dropped off was told that I had a late fee. The drop off location said that they had seen the same information but was now also told that we owed the fee. took around an hour to finally check in the truck. Told the regional manager to take care of the fee or we would never use uhaul again. She was not willing to help.Jake A.

I was charged for Safe Move Plus damage coverage, although I did not choose this as a reservation option. The rental location included this without my permission. I'm extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with your service.Christopher P.

This location was advertised as being much closer then it was. While it was shared as being approximately 30 miles away from my destination, it was at least twice that. Plus the location was very week marked or lit for an after hours drop. I was about 6 miles over my allotted miles which I probably spent looking for it. Had I known it was this far out of my way, I would have dropped at a location 2 miles away from my destination. This left a bad taste in my mouth.Michael M.

Faulty equipment, rented 6 x 12 trailer, lights did not work, no lic. plate on trailer. Had 2 emergency calls to fix lights. Stopped by police because of no plate. Temp. plate had to be e-mailed to me. Very poor service not a good place to rent from.PETER M.

Some difficulty uncoupling the care from tow dolly, but figured it out OK.Bruce H.
I have confidence in thisTappahannock location but UHaul kept sending me emails to other trucks at other locations, confusing the issue. Wade did everything he could to accommodate us. I also spoke to Jill in Mechanicsville at the Elm St location where I was going to return the Uhaul, but your website diverted us to the Lombardy location causing us to pay extra mileage. Your constant emails and texts were very disconcerting.oza B.

I was charged twice and an agent told me that the second charge wouldnt go through and it did. I rented a uhaul on 1/19 and didnt get refund until 1/29. It really sucks that you have to wait so long to get your refund especially when uhaul has been paid already but overall the service I get there is always good so that won't keep me from using uhaul for future.
