Anthony HMy only complaint is that after drop off I was charged an extra $54.00, after already paying $313 for the rental. I was told that I had the truck f9r 2 days. I returned the truck on the 2nd day. Nobody explainer to me when I called customer service to arrange my rental that the 48 hours with the trick starts at the exact hour I picked up the truck. I was just told the rental was for two days. This company should do better at explaining this fact and not use it against the customer when returns arr made. Do better, UHAUL.
