The staff was Excellent! Process Easy, facility nice, Box truck - everything worked but it was showing its age, fine for an intown run like I needed but would not want to take that on a trip.

Buddy MThe customer service agent was very friendly and helpful. The location was not as close to my home as where I had originally made the reservation. But location was easy to locate and navigate. The U-Haul truck check engine light was on, but agent told us to ignore. It went off on our return trip.
