The truck itself was fine, but the gas was only half full (making it difficult at the end to figure out how much to fill it up) and the truck was VERY dirty inside and out. There was coffee splatter on the inside driver's window and trash in the door pockets and mud everywhere. On top of that, I made a reservation through the app for a mobile pickup and then we had to go inside and do the entire thing again, making us later that we intended to be. We were told that Uhaul's site was down but it didn't seem to be from the app. They just didn't get the mobile pickup part ready apparently.
