Yalll absolutely robbed me !!! There’s absolutely no way I put 523 miles on the truck I drove. & the funny part is I have no way to prove I didn’t. This is absolute fraud at its finest & because U-Haul is a big company yall think yall can’t get away with it. The odometer is broken & is costing people way more money than what’s actually being used. I will get to the bottom of this & I will sues U-Haul for any negligence this is insane !!’
Lanette GPlease next time ensure the vehicle is secured and has proper locks and key included. It delayed my trip by 2hrs having to wait till store opened due to inconvenience of truck having wrong lock and no keys inside. Thankful for Kari store employee who helped locate keys inside of store! She was super helpful and had such an amazing attitude!
