Avoid third part distributors.
FNU MAgent screwed up and gave me a return trip truck rental contract instead of a one-way trip after I repeated twice that it was supposed to be one-way. My friend was with me to follow me in my own car back to the house and also witnessed the entire conversation with the agent. I had to beg my friend to give me another ride back from the original location since I would have been charged over $200 more if I left it at a different U-Haul location. I have been a loyal customer for decades, and never had any problems previously until this incident. I never received any correspondence from the field manager Ron Bielak after contacting the rental department twice about the rental issue. U-HAUL STAFF CONDUCT WAS UNACCEPTABLE, AND U-HAUL WILL NO LONGER RECEIVE ANY MORE BUSINESS FROM ME. I WILL ALSO REPORT MY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH U-HAUL ONLINE.
MITCHELL SCab of truck was dirty. Small pieces of glass in cab. Lose change was found in cup holder.
