I'm not sure, some of the sites like the auto glass place are located within big lots with a lot of other stuff going on. Just a little difficult to know who to talk to or where to go, what's an entrance what's an exit. Not really U-haul's fault and not a big issue because I just asked a guy who was near and it all worked out.

I liked the Uhaul place I rented from before. Main hub. I felt like they new the equipment better and my rental better.
GREGORY PWas very unhappy. Was not the person there’s fault. He was very nice. If all rentals took that long I would not rent again. Again it was not his agents fault. Check with agent to see what happened .
