we rented things that were not included in the 26' truck..will be calling customer service on this..I should be getting some money back!!!
KENNITH MFront counter was hopeless kyle was good the truck made huge noise when pushing 70. Abysmal system and service totally sucked.
karl mSeemed overwhelmed due to being the only employee working. Drop off was supposed to be 8n auburn at $40 less but it didn't fet changed from mcLendons.
Jaime RTrain more people to accept rental drop offs. The only knowledgeable person was on vacation, and the remaining staff had to figure it out on their own, so it took longer than necessary to complete the drop off, but they were very nice and well meaning, so it was tolerable.
