The person helping us added insurance without asking us. He also pretended like he did ask us. He claimed he didn't know how to remove it and called his help line. He said the gas tank was full and it wasn't. He didn't want to look at my phone to verify my quote. In short, he is either incompetent, poorly trained or a scammer.

The check-in was horrible, over a 1/2 hour and we were the only customers. I was supposed to go to another location for the truck, then their appt. center called me and switched us to the Tenino location. The Tenino location thought I was picking up the next day. The guy checking us in (we don't know if he was the owner or not) had very limited english and was trying to use a phone app (not a computer terminal) to check us in. The app wasn't working, and we had to call the regional manager (who was driving somewhere up north)., who then told the guy we had to call a Tacoma office to take my payment info because the app wasn't working for that, either. The cab was dirty and the windshield had a layer of dirt and bugs splattered all over. The inside of the truck bed was clean.
