It took me almost 2 hours but I got the truck then when I left there put my stuff in it to the house put myself in the truck that's a baton Rouge and unload the truck and then put brought the truck back on airline gas and then you went and charge my account $37 is on after I had to wait so long for the truck thank you Patricia Brown

I will never rent a truck again remotely. It was the worst experience ever. Took me over 2 hours with someone helping me on the phone to get the truck keys. The utility dolly wasn’t in the truck. This made moving very difficult and took much longer to move everything than if we had had it. It had turned dark by the time I got the key and was in a remote area. Not safe for me being a woman. I will give a google review and at this point it won’t be good. I’m very dissatisfied with U-Haul at this time. Also had to keep calling trying to get a credit for the utility dolly. I doubt I’ll ever use your service again and I’ve been renting U-Haul on and off for over 45 years
