Mark RThey found the AC was not working properly on the U-Haul truck I originally reserved and bumped me up to a larger truck at no cost. They were very nice. The only issue was that the truck I received only had 1/4 tank of gas in it but it was very clean and low miles. You could not ask for nicer people.
