The parking lot for this location is incredibly small and with multiple people picking up at the same time it was very tight and chaotic!

CRYSTAL BHad a really hard time getting the lockbox open. Uhaul self-service tools require you to take so many pictures of the truck, but you can't take most of them based off of how the truck is parked.
Victoria FI didn't realize there were so many steps before driving away, many of these tasks could be done before arriving. It would be nice to know that.
