The only available thing was the truck no cords or dollys. I had to take it home before I could go pick up my items resulting in extra miles.

Kate HI was def overcharged. Really disappointing. I will not use U-Haul going forward and I certainly will not recommend them. Do yourself a favor...take a photo of the mileage, before and after and also the gas tank level. Huge ripoff 🤬
