The dealer seemed rushed and was not able to explain if the tow dolly would work for my car. U haul website did not indicate that I would have to present my driver licence in order to rent non drivable equipment. My mastercard was billed 186.00 for the rental but I have just received a receipt for 124.00. The 124.00 is correct but how do I recover my money? Why was I billed the initial higher value when it was not correct?
