To improve your services is to after booking you could ask customer to download the driver licence, photo in ahead before they pict up the equipment in other to save time some location aren't open the whole day and as a first customer it could be challenging.Also the front tire on the right had a lower PSI it was at 55 instead of being at 96 . I had to use my tool to inflate the tire.
