Dave is so accommodating at this U-Haul Location and I really appreciate renting from him. The computer system was giving him all kinds of problems and he worked around the issue to get me on my way. I don't think its fair to these dealers to have to put up with these ongoing issues for the small amount of commission they make. He spent several hours of his time to straighten things out. They are doing guys like me a big favor having these tow dollies available. I really appreciate their dedication and hope U-Haul can get their act together because it happens frequently.
