How U-Haul Reviews WorkWhen I took the trailer home, I found out it had three broken leaf springs on the drivers side. It took nine hours to get a replacement trailer, had to load it in the dark, and when I went to hook it up to our truck it had no electrical plug, just bear wires. I had to fix it before we could leave. When I picked up the trailer I was also told the trailer was serviced the previous week! How do you miss three broken springs when servicing!!
