There were no winter tires on and this is the peak of winter in Thunder Bay, so annoying. I booked for 2 hours rental, I got stuck in a little snow that could have been avoided if there were winter tires on. This delayed me for over 45 minutes 😡. What is the use of renting for 2 hours and being stuck in snow. They don’t care. Cos when I complained to the rental guy, he was laughing cos they know what they are doing!!!😡😡😡🤯 I would never ever recommend them to anyone

Tried charging me an extra 2 days when i returned it a half a day late.
