Overall truck was good. It was covered in salt and not overly clean but ran good and did what it was supposed to do. Was ready to go at pick up with no hassles.

There were no winter tires on and this is the peak of winter in Thunder Bay, so annoying. I booked for 2 hours rental, I got stuck in a little snow that could have been avoided if there were winter tires on. This delayed me for over 45 minutes 😡. What is the use of renting for 2 hours and being stuck in snow. They don’t care. Cos when I complained to the rental guy, he was laughing cos they know what they are doing!!!😡😡😡🤯 I would never ever recommend them to anyone
