Make sure that your rental agents have the place staffed with people who are at least familiar with the products they are renting. I dealt with a different person at pick up and drop off and neither one had any knowledge about what they were doing and had to get someone else on the phone to complete the transaction. The trailer had debris from the previous uses laying on the deck of the open trailer at the time that I picked it up. I returned it cleaner than I received it. Since this was an open trailer, I would have been responsible for this debris falling onto the highway while I was using it. Surely this shouldn't be your accepted standard.
