I was very pleased with mikes auto service the man working was quite helpful with the rental. I however was very disappointed with the U-Haul service hub, our original rental was a 15foot truck to pick up at 8:30 am and when we went to village market to pick up we found out the place didn’t open until noon so we were forced to rent the only other truck available at 8:30am a smaller truck from mikes auto.

Robert MImprove booking: we booked to pick up on Kingsway, Thunder Bay at 9:00 am. The U-Haul place was not open despite their hours advertised as 9:00 am. We called U-Haul and were redirected to a 2nd location on Gore st in Thunder Bay. This 2nd U-Haul location had excellent service
HEATHER Nthe truck exterior was VERY dirty and the windshield was covered in bug splatter
