Both times we've rented from this location, we've had to wait 20+ minutes for them to figure out how their rental system works. The first time, we were very understanding, but when we returned just a week later for our second rental, we were frustrated to see nothing had changed. The trailer itself has a nasty spill on the inside. Both times we pointed it out to staff and to U-Haul in the app, but we were dismissed and had to just live with the spill and the smell.
