Francis FThey didn’t know how to hook up the tow dolly so I did it myself. The computer was down and had been according to the employee so I had no paperwork so I was happy that no brush with Law Enforcement as I couldn’t have proved my renting it!
David CDrop off attendant spoke broken English and spoke in one word sentences. Did not seem to want to be helpful. I called to confirm the drop and his only response was "yes." When I got there, his only statement was "mileage."
