Payment wasn't supposed to be processed on my personal card. Used my card to hold it then company card to pay for the whole balance. They charged my card for the full balance then the area manager called me and said there is nothing they can do. Horrible customer service. Should of done what was right other then saying sorry about your luck. I'll never rent from Uhaul again nor will my company.

Explain to me why the 19.95 rental cost me 75.00!!! Yes, I know I paid for insurance of 15 and 5 for moving blankets but why .99 cents per mile??? What is the point of the 19.95 for the rental??? Seems shady to me!!!
