Awkward check out, store clerks phone w/ cracked screen. You can’t see what you’re signing or agreeing to. The mileage was inaccurate on the paperwork versus the odometer. 3/4 tank full. The attendant was kind & seemed like he was doing everything he could. Just not a good situation for a customer to be put in. Moving is stressful enough with out U-Haul making up stress. Discussed the odometer discrepancy at check out, was still billed the miles that were not the result of our use. Had to call and email to get it later corrected and refunded. I would never rent here. I initially chose another location but was routed here b/c of truck availability. Would not do this again, would not recommend to others.

I never spoke to an agent. When I got to the location, the office door was locked. There was a gentleman there that was supposed to be working on the building and he kindly facilitated the conversation between me and the agent. He also helped me with finding the correct equipment and making sure I was checked out properly.
