I had to wait for about 15 mins because nobody was there and then I feel like I paid too much for a rental truck that is advertised for a low price as $19.95 and I literally drove for less than 8 miles and end up paying almost $70 usd

JUSTIN SIt’s a satellite spot, pickup and drop off only, so one has to go to a different location to get any additional items beyond the contracted ones. It all works well enough, only doesn’t score quite so well for convenience.
