I returned the truck after 2 hours. I was charged for two days. I ordered an appliance dolly, and never got it. Not only that, but I was charged 2 days for it. If this is not reconciled immediately I will be disputing the charge.

Olivia MOperates out of a convenience store apparently near a rehab center. The truck had a dirty sheet and inoperable rachet strap in the cargo area which had a rather large liquid stain on the floor. High mileage unit with probable transmission issues, but at least the AC did not work (108 degrees that day)...Should have been sent to auction some time ago. NOTE: My reservation was with the main location in town, but when I arrived to pick it up, I was informed they didn't have the truck I had reserved because 'they get snapped up on the weekends'. Going to the alternate location added 10 miles to my mileage charges. To her credit, the lady who assisted me at the alternate location was courteous and did the best she could with available resources, which were inadequate.
