Returning the truck was just as frustrating, than picking it up. The pickup paperwork said we needed to call before returning the truck, so I called the location, The woman answered, said she was busy helping customers and hung up on me. When I called again few minutes later she spoke really very rudely and yelled at me, even though I was also a paying customer and had paid a significant amount for this service. When we arrived, we saw that location was a convenience store and she was not busy. As soon as we entered, she started yelling again. We have recordings, witnesses, and evidence of the poor treatment we received during both pickup and return. She refuses to process the truck return, and we had to wait about 30 minutes for the manager while we were worried about being charged for another day. This entire experience was completely unacceptable. If Uhaul partners with convenience stores for truck returns, there should be dedicated staff available to assist customers. Because of this experience, I would choose another rental company. Also I will complain this bad experience with consumer complaint department!

Great work and hospitable
Damilola ATruck ran good, Good AC. Friendly staff. Weird location in a convenience store in a sketch part of town. UHaul website could use an upgrade. It's glitchy and boots me out frequently
Katherine PI am a short person. I needed to move the seat forward in the truck to drive. Neither I nor the female clerk at Westside Market could figure out how to do this. We wasted at least 30 minutes trying to move the seat forward until finally the clerk asked someone from the business next door to help us. It took some strength from this person to move the latch so the seat could move forward. I will never again rent from a U-Haul satellite location, only from an actual U-Haul store. An engine light came on in the truck while I was driving it. When I returned the truck, the clerk mentioned that this was an ongoing problem.
Deborah SSeat didn't move forward or back they gentleman never checked the mileage or gas before I left but did when I got back charged for fuel even though I was above what I was given which was on E when I got it I took pictures of b4 and after and he didn't want to see it plus I was charged twice I definitely will never go back there I usually only use cypress one but they had to change my reservation to that awful place because of size I needed
