Very unsafe location! truck had no gas less then 1/8th. Guy behind the counter was not helpful at all. Barely spoke English or simple would not speak. Very unpleasant and unprofessional. Over charged us but completely scared to confront him so I will put a stop payment on my credit card

How U-Haul Reviews WorkWas given no contract, no walk around, just the key, and a 3/4 full tank of gas. This location was a few miles farther than the original location. So let's say 3 miles added to mileage.
Craig SI returned the truck after 2 hours. I was charged for two days. I ordered an appliance dolly, and never got it. Not only that, but I was charged 2 days for it. If this is not reconciled immediately I will be disputing the charge.
Jeff AIt’s not the pick up place. They were very nice! It’s the fact that pick up spot was moved to about 20 miles away from our house, after being reserved close to our house for over a month. .
Danielle SVery friendly and helpful. Thank you 🙏🏼
