Although the All Purpose Storage staff did a great job, the online system with Uhaul was very slow and it took almost an hour to get checked in for the trailer rental. The staff did not go into detail about why the software was running so slow; however, I recommend that the Uhaul team get with the All Purpose Storage team to help determine what can be done to improve the speed of the online process moving forward.
