Agent said I could pick up before location opened since I did everything online, but truck is in a fenced in area. Wasted an hour.

ernist S.It was complicated just to return the truck. When we rented the truck we check and confirmed that there was 3/4 of a tank of gas in the tank and that's what we put at check out. Then when we went to return it the person tried to tell us we needed to have a full tank and tried to charge us for it to be filled up to half a tank. Also we never received or dollies and I had contacted someone at Uhaul to tell them and they said they would take care of it and we were also given a hard time and told we would be charged for the items not being in the truck when we never had them in the first place.
