I had an outstanding experience with my U-Haul rental. The location was very convenient, and Charles provided exceptional customer service. He carried himself with professionalism and humility, offering clear guidance and helping me select the most appropriate truck for my move. The pickup and drop-off process was quick and seamless, and what truly stood out was his thoughtfulness—he even took the time to ask how our move went. ZSUZSA MThey were 45 minutes late to check me in. Only one person works there, the other person said “I’m not even supposed to be talking to customers, I’m only being nice”. He could have called the manager 40 minutes earlier but chose to wait till the last moment. Kept saying “it’s none of my business, this is his problem”. This is the worst U-haul I’ve been too.
