Very packed but representative is responsive

ARTURO BHave at least 2 staff on site for rental pickup. There was only one person for a line of 12+ customers at the time I arrived and my whole move was delayed by 1 hour as a result. This messed up the entire schedule for the day. When attempting to return, the first location we tried downtown at Bay and Grenville was non existent, customers should not have to be the ones to say a location should be removed from google or hours adjusted if they are no longer in operations. By far my worst uhaul experience
Simon LI was charged $20 for insurance which I did not consent too. Overall good experience but this is the second time I was overcharged for a service.
