Location not maintenance for snow and ice very dangerous. Guy there named Charles rude, very unprofessional, he couldnt figure out how to start the truck I had to... he couldnt get my truck out of a ice and snow spot wheels were spinning. I havenwver had such a blatant shitty experience with a truck rental place. He had to call me the next morning after I dropped off the truck to ask me how many KM I put on the truck cuz he didnt have the amount it was at b4 I left. I will never go to this location again and possibly never do business woth U-hual again I will opt for another truck rental company.
