Well, the uhaul had 3/4 tank of gas when I picked it up and 3/4 tank when I dropped off and uhaul charged me $10 for gas. Maybe don't expect your customers to pay for something they didn't receive? Thanks.

I did attempt to use the Torrington location a while ago, the staff were rude and complete jerks that took my reservation then gave my trailer away they were disrespectful, dishonest, & untrustworthy !! I would never recommend or use them ever !
