I have used ZRI before, and Rob is helpful with problems. On Saturday, the truck had been dropped off in Cheyenne, WY instead of at ZRI. I went to pick it up, and the lady had rented it out for a day job without checking the reservation orders. I had to postpone my move by two days, which cost me an extra $300+ because I had to rent a motel room for an extra 2 days, take off extra work, hire new movers, and my daughter went without daycare because there was none available on those days. When I picked up the truck on Monday, the computer system was down, and it took over an hour to get checked in, and Rob was great in handling it.
