The lack of clarity on cost. I have rented from the location before. This was the worse experience I have ever had. The same woman has been there for mang years. However her math and my math were extremely different I have never felt over charged by Ihaul before in the past however this interaction and the cost has made me decide that in will not use this location ever again and I doubt I will use uhaul ever again either. 24 hours and 56 miles cost me a widow and a person living on a very fixed income far more than anticipated or calculated. I expected to pay around 80 dollars not double that.

Not a thing
RONALD HFriendly, professional service. I was able to add an additional driver after hours by calling the main toll free number but be aware it can take a couple of hours to get them approved. Always best to add authorized drivers at the rental location. I wish I had known that before hand; fortunately the issue was resolved. Would recommend this location.
Betsy DEverything was great. The truck was clean and ready for us. Nicholas was excellent getting us on the road and checked out when we returned. We had a very good experience.
