Il m'ont chargé deux fois la location très ordinaire et avais dit a mon conjoint quelque chose qui n'étais pas véridique très déçu. Sa ma coûter 100$ au lieu de 45$et on a rapporté à la bonne heure 24h apres le contrat signé

When I arrived at the U-Haul location, I couldn’t find the trailer I had reserved. I was told I had to wait an hour for the trailer—already rented out—to be returned. The agent even told me there was no solution for me and that I simply had to wait. That’s it. After waiting for an hour, I finally got my U-Haul. Later that night, when I came back to return the U-Haul at the location, I couldn’t find any available spot to park the trailer. So I left it behind a truck. The next morning, I received a $20 charge. When I contacted the agent to understand why, he told me it was a fee for moving the trailer. I told him that I couldn’t find a spot to park it. He replied that it wasn’t his responsibility and that since I returned the U-Haul in the evening, I had to take responsibility for it.
