The wipers were completely worn out, and there was no windshield washer fluid, despite the snowy and slushy conditions. When I returned the vehicle, no staff member was present, so I could not confirm whether everything was in order. The fuel tank was only half full, which made it difficult to refill it to the same level (a full tank would have been easier to manage). Additionally, when I arrived, my truck and accessories were not ready. Overall, this was not a good experience.

Maxime LWhen I arrived at the U-Haul location, I couldn’t find the trailer I had reserved. I was told I had to wait an hour for the trailer—already rented out—to be returned. The agent even told me there was no solution for me and that I simply had to wait. That’s it. After waiting for an hour, I finally got my U-Haul. Later that night, when I came back to return the U-Haul at the location, I couldn’t find any available spot to park the trailer. So I left it behind a truck. The next morning, I received a $20 charge. When I contacted the agent to understand why, he told me it was a fee for moving the trailer. I told him that I couldn’t find a spot to park it. He replied that it wasn’t his responsibility and that since I returned the U-Haul in the evening, I had to take responsibility for it.
