nathalie gNo one on site. Left rear tire low on air due to nail in tire. Had to move other trailers in n the yard to access the one I needed. Had to take it to a gas station and pay to air up all the tires. I would not have taken the trailer but it was an emergency. I had no where to leave my valuables. Was not impressed with the run around I got. Told to pick up in one location then sent 45 minutes to another location. U-Haul reps had me running all over the place. When you have a serious breakdown and then have to put over 350 km on my truck to pick up a trailer, cost of fuel and everything else that goes with a very long day.
