Air Conditioning was not working at all. The hand truck in the back did not have a zip tie on it when we got the truck. We did not use the hand truck and hope i dont get charged for it.

Ricky SThe U-Haul app was difficult to use and not at all user-friendly. I had to use the app to pick up the truck I had reserved outside of business hours. Even though I had requested a reservation for one week, the app defaulted to a one-day rental. I had to call to correct my reservation.
