I had completed my paperwork online for my pickup on Friday, which we picked up. However, I got a call on Saturday morning from them asking if I was planning on picking up my truck. I explained that I had the truck in my possession. Apparently, I was given the wrong truck. Also, the truck was scheduled to be returned by 5:15 pm. and I was called around 3pm asking when I planned on returning because someone had a reservation for that vehicle. We rushed back to return and the place was closed, so I don't know how the other person was planning on picking it up at my scheduled drop off.

Safe Ship was not the drop off location on my contract. I was not contacted by anyone advising my drop off location had changed. This is unacceptable. Safe Ship itself reeked of marijuana and the guy made me move the truck on to the grass instead of him handling the truck after I just parked it.
EDWARD GLocation and workers were great but the truck’s AC does NOT work which is unacceptable.
