The experience of customer service for this location was fair as the reservation was for the car dolly only with no insurance. Insurance was added anyway, I was never asked if I wanted it and after the experience I had with the truck I was already 2 hours behind and in a hurry and did not notice it on the contract.

Pick up was no hassle/ drop off was no hassle. It was troubling finding a one-way rental from military base to military base. I had to call the 1-800 number, then directed to a mechanic shop whom just had a auto transport returned.
MICHAEL GNo one was there when I dropped off my key & I wasn’t explained about the other additional fees - and I got charged a separate charge of 16$ - very poor experience- very dirty and unprofessional place - wouldn’t recommend to my family or friends-
STORMY ELocation was a bit small and for some reason my reservation wasn't in their system even though my email clearly stated this address. The guy running the place was awesome and very helpful and had me on my way within about 10 minutes.
