Make sure windshield cleaner is full next time. I was to short to clean it and tried it but it was empty.

I have rented the pick ups twice and both vehicles idled below manufacturers specs. The oil pressure dropped and the engine was just above stalling. Not good for the engine.

I think the service was great....I cannot suggest any improvements!

the truck I rented had almost 200,000 miles on it, it ran ok but had seen better days.

Katrina dropped off UContainers and was very helpful. She was very efficient and had a great cheerful attitude. Would recommend to everyone I know.

First gentleman that attended to us went above and beyond in customer service, second guy just ok. Someone may want to check out the small print above where one puts his/her signature when accepting a charge, out of the corner of my eye I saw something strange, and very inappropriate, but can't be 100% sure.

The truck was given to me very dirty, the windshield was so caked with bugs it took 3 of to scrub hard to see, the transmission would stick in low gears & on the highway I had to keep putting it into neutral to get it to shift up. & there was a melted chocolate bar on the floor that I didn't see till I set my purse in it. It ate gas because of the transmission problem. Over $400. Gas to go 1400 miles. That is really bad mileage 3.5 mi to a gal? Really & nobody cared or could even take a complaint! I tried to make it a point to not just pass this truck on to someone else........nobody seemed to care

I reserved a larger truck because I needed the width. Then there's a dolly that is in the way and the movers kept asking if they could clip the tag so they could move it...I knew I would be charged for it if they did that. So they were not happy with me but I'm not happy with you.

Please let customers know when to expect a call if the equipment requested online is not at the requested location. We were notified 3 days after the online reservation which was 1 day before our move.

I was in and out of there in two minutes. Couldn't be better!

The rental van was filthy, the manager that helped me was not very friendly, and the after hours drop-off instructions were not very clear. The sticker on the window pointed me to the website and I was not able to find anything in your website about after hour drop offs. I ended up dropping off the keys in drop box hoping someone would check it back in the next day, which they did promptly early morning and sent me a receipt.

Horrible experience from start to finish

Truck was extremely dirty especially inside the vehicle. Tires were very worn and considering the truck only had 13K miles, very surprising.

The vehicle was clean – however, when I called to tell them the truck would not start – I was told they could do nothing about it. I explained that I had called the roadside assistance and waited and waited and waited – nobody answered the first 4 times I called. The store clerk told me that this was their busiest weekend of the year so there would be delays. If in fact it is the busiest weekend – prepare for it with staff – trucks that works – and roadside assistance that actually answers their phone. I have used U-Haul before – but never again. I received a text message that said someone would be coming and I replied to it, asking for an ETA and received no response. We waited and waited and waited ….. Every time I called I had to listen to a recording that says go online to submit an email that ‘You are in control’ over and over again and that did nothing to help the situation – I finally found a phone that could go online and did file a request – but never heard back from them either. Once I spoke with the man on the phone he said he would submit a request and would let me know when a service truck could show up within an hour. An hour later I received a text asking if the service truck showed up. Over 2 ½ hrs. later I received a call from someone who I could barely hear – who stated he would be here in an hour and twenty minutes – so waiting for roadside assistance for almost 5 hours in 105 heat with no communication from U Haul or their roadside service people is totally unacceptable. My son came home and repaired their truck – I returned it by 5PM. Obviously I did not get what I needed completed as I spent half my day waiting for U haul and their FREE roadside service – This incident cost me more than just time – and I do not feel I should have to pay for this rental – they should pay my son for fixing their truck.

YOU CAN IMPROVE THE SERVICES OF YOUR CALL CENTER!!!! THE MANAGER OF THE PICKUP LOCATION WAS GREAT BUT THE CALL CENTER REPS DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. WHEN I RESERVED THE VEHICLE, I TOLD THE REP THAT I HAD A CA KING SIZE BED AND TWO COUCHES AS WELL AS OTHER FURNITURE. I WAS ASSIGNED A 10ft TRUCK. I DIDN'T KNOW THAT THIS SIZE TRUCK WOULD BE TOO SMALL OR THAT IT CAME W/OUT A RAMP. WHEN I CALLED THE CALL CENTER TO COMPLAIN ABOUT NOT BEING TOLD THERE WAS NO RAMP, I WAS TOLD THAT "WE DON'T SAY THERE IS NO RAMP UNLESS THEY ASK"!! HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO KNOW TO ASK? EVERY TRUCK I'VE EVER RENTED HAS HAD A RAMP! IN SUMMARY: THE REP DIDN'T KNOW HOW TO CORRECTLY ASSIGN THE SIZE OF VEHICLE I NEEDED SO ASSIGNED ME TOO SMALL OF A TRUCK. THE 2nd REP WAS RUDE AND TOTALLY INCONSIDERATE TO MY NEEDS. SHE DIDN'T OFFER ME A SOLUTION - SHE JUST KEPT SAYING THAT I SHOULD HAVE ASKED IF THE TRUCK CAME W/A RAMP. ALSO, BEFORE I PICKED UP THE TRUCK I WAS CALLED AND TOLD THAT MY TRUCK HAD NOT BEEN RETURNED AND THEY DIDN'T OFFER ME ANOTHER ONE. I ASKED IF THE REP COULD CALL AROUND TO OTHER LOCATIONS TO SEE IF ANOTHER VEHICLE IS AVAILABLE AND THE REP SAID, "OH, YEAH, I GUESS I COULD DO THAT." I WAS TOLD THAT I WOULD HAVE TO GO TO THE LOCATION OF THE TRUCK TO PICK IT UP IF ONE WAS FOUND. I ASKED IF THE TRUCK COULD BE DROPPED OFF AT THE LOCATION THAT I HAD ORIGINALLY MADE THE RESERVATION AT AND I WAS TOLD NO. TUCSON IS A LARGE CITY. IF I HAD TO PICK A VEHICLE UP 20-25 MILES FROM ME, I WOULD BE CHARGED THE EXTRA MILES - NOT TO SPEAK ABOUT THE LOSS OF TIME. AGAIN NO SOLUTION WAS OFFERED TO ME; NO COMPENSATION OFFERRED. FORTUNATELY, 15 MINUTES LATER I WAS CALLED BACK AND WAS TOLD MY TRUCK HAD BEEN RETURNED. IT'S MY UNDERSTANDING THAT THIS IS AN ONGOING PROBLEM THAT HAS BEEN ADDRESSED BY THE MANAGERS OF THE LOCAL STORES AND CORPORATE REFUSES TO FIX THE PROBLEM. HOW HARD IS IT TO DO SOME SIMPLE TRAINING OF YOUR REPS DURING YOUR MEETINGS? YOU ARE TOO BIG A CORPORATION TO HAVE SUCH POOR, POOR SERVICE; ESPECIALLY ONE THAT HAS SUCH A SIMPLE FIX. TO SAY THE LEAST, I WAS VERY FRUSTRATED. MOVING DAY IS STRESSFUL ENOUGH WITHOUT YOUR COMPANY ADDING TO IT.

The only issue I had was related to electrical/trailer. I rented a 6X12 trailer, had a hitch installed, when I came to get the trailer the electrical didn't work. They said the "box" had gone bad. I left my car there for them to fix the electrical, used a truck to take the trailer back to the apartment to load. Then after the hitch/electrical was repaired I went and picked up the car. When I returned to the apartment and hooked up the trailer, the electrical once again didn't work with the trailer. Drove back to the UHaul on speedway where they once again replaced a box that had "gone bad". Had no issues after that. It did prevent me from getting to my destination that day and had to shorten my trip a day.

Reservation was made to pick up trailer at location near our house. Was notified that it wouldn't be there - had to drive 1/2 hour to pick up. Trailer was old and wiring did not work properly.

The original reservation was not honored. After I paid, and after I confirmed the reservation with final payment, an hour later they called to tell me they had no truck. I had Uhaul Movers scheduled on both ends; not their problem. Next day I called and they came up with a truck later in the day at another location. The cables for rear door where tangled and we discovered that only after loading. Had to wait for roadside asst-another hour to repair. 100 degrees outside. Gave me the truck AFTER demanding I sign in advance that it has 3/4 tank; it had just 1/2 a tank. Speedway/Craycroft, avoid it.

Vehicle had to be jump started by me twice and the break warning buzzer wouldn't stop beeping. I had to leave the truck running for 4 hours while I unloaded it. Then when I explained my situation the the clerk at the store, he could care less. Your products and your customer service are suspect. You should put yourself on Under cover Boss. You guys have serious issues at that location.

we called in the morning and needed a truck the same day, and UHaul staff were very accomodating
