Please reduce the number of emails sent per rental. I rented an open trailer for local use, as I have several times in the last 6 weeks. Each time I have received 5 emails, from verification of reservation to verification of rental to up-sell on supplies to return to recept to follow up afterward... Simply too much.

I was disappointed with the customer service. I had to ask for help because the two people working in the store didn’t stop their stocking activities to help. Taking customer’s money should always take an employee’s priority over unloading boxes. The person that did finally help me was efficient but very sober. It would be nice if the employees would at least pretend that they want my business. Maybe it was just a bad day but other online reviews express the same complaint – poor service. They are lucky to have a large selection of rentals to choose from otherwise customers might use a different location to conduct their business.

Was late leaving the store because they could not enter in my information for the rental without the computer system crashing. It took 4 times. Then I got to my place to load and the 24 rental blankets were not in the trailer as promised. Sent a friend back to get them. He was told that the cost of the blankets would be removed from my bill for the inconvenience. The $20+ tax had not been credited to me as of this notice. U-Haul at Speedway in Tucson really dropped the ball for my move.

Employees were friendly and very helpful. Best U-Haul we've ever found. We're from SoCal and were here in Tucson to help our daughter move. Only complaint - and it isn't with this location - when I did a search for U-Haul I was given a number of locations and the first two we drove to weren't there. We had given up and headed back to our hotel when I spotted this one. Otherwise we would have gone to Budget or to Home Depot

We were charged for a utility dolly which we did not request and did not use. There was one strapped to the inside of the truck but we didn't use it. I sent a message when the receipt was emailed to me but my account did not receive a credit for the dolly charge. I don't like that you can't review the charges and the receipt when you drop off the truck, you have to wait until you receive an email receipt and then there is no way to remove excess charges.

This latest experience with Uhaul was atrocious. In fact, I need someone to call me about the $50 guarantee. I made my reservation (for a pick-up and trailer) online at one location, only to show up and find that they did not have any pick-ups available. After the Uhaul representative made a phone call to a central reservations line, I was sent to a different location...having been assured that they had everything I needed, ready to go. I arrived at the second location and was told that there would be no pick-ups for at least 3 hours. Please call me back to discuss. Thanks

I was sent to this location by fiat when the place further west was closed after making a reservation and changes to that reservation at the original location. Imagine my dismay when l showed up to pick up the trailer to find they were closed. I had to call UHaul to find the location where they had decided to move me. At the original location, another location l visited, and on line, there was no mention of an extra fee to load the car on the trailer. Even the drop off location in Dillon said they've never charged for loading or unloading a car hauler. When l first entered the pickup location at 5533 E. Speedway, l was directed to a standing counter although l was headed to the disabled desk, and l am obviously disabled, as l walk with a cane. After discussing the contract, the agent refused to discuss that the actual rate had increased from $238 online to over $278 at his location. He then tried to persuade me to NOT use a credit card, trying to get me to make a CASH transaction. I could think of no legitimate reason to do this, it sounded like a scam and very fishy. He told me if l gave him $400 in cash, the dropoff location would refund some of my cash. What guarantee was there for that? So l refused. The representative then hooked up the trailer to the car, but refused to load the car on the trailer without an extra, non pre-disclosed fee of $25. This is absurd. Does UHaul really want inexperienced customers securing vehicles to car haulers? And to expect an elderly disabled man to do that was ridiculous. After l protested, he virtually ignored me, not making any attempt to resolve the situation, just leaving me in the parking lot with my empty car hauler, a truck to pull it, an an unloaded car. He just went on about his way as if there were no unresolved issues between us. When l finally tracked him down, he just repeated that they would only load the car if l ceded a $25 fee to him. With the higher rental cost, the "loading fee", and the need to purchase a one time use only hitch ball and wiring "adapter", the cost was significantly higher than expected, about $100 more. I will not be using UHaul again. The treatment of a disabled person, the move of locations without notice, the added fees, and the unwillingness to resolve issues of disagreement in favor of ignoring a customer are ALL unacceptable for any business. I won't tolerate it again.

Provide and accurate and reasonable number of miles to get from point of origin to your destination. Distance from Durango to Tucson is about 600 miles and you only provide 550
